They have grown really fast in a small amount of time. Even during COVID - 19 the company went through the appraisals (really good hike for all) and paid salary in full. Company understands their employees need for example even before the official govt declaration of Lockdown a week before they a asked their employees to Work from Home. With a friendly work environment the team bond is strong, Weekly chill call is an innovative step taken during COVID which is an hour call where its fun time for all, playing games and no work time.
