Just flexible working hour. This one year internships is completely time wasting and don't have any guarantee about full time conversion. Due to politics are also at their peak at the Bengaluru office from the all high authority hierarchy.

Dislikes

Totally worthless 1 year internship and hiring is not done on the basis of the academic qualification and talents. Especially at the Bengaluru office this is happened often. I don't suggest any masters students to join their internship program. Hope this review helpful to others.

There is not such good ethics company just put blindfolds on interns. Special at bangaluru office they are doesn't support diversity and inclusion towards interns. They have don't believe on their own training towards off campus hired interns.

Some of the technical work is good otherwise nothing is good special for the off campus interns. I don't suggest anyone to join here at the internship its totally time wasting. Especially they will hired outside and keep their own interns in the blindfolds.

Completely non ethics company especially at the Bengaluru office. After completing 9 to 11 months still they are not provided any full time opportunity and making useless reasons. Especially at the Bengaluru office upper management is also not trust worthy and lots of politics and they don't know importance of the internship and hiring procedure.
