It is not equitable when on-campus students are offered a six-month internship followed by full-time positions, while off-campus students are not given opportunities after completing a one-year internship. It is important to acknowledge thatpursuing an M.Tech degree is a rigorous and highly recognized academic endeavor, and many VLSI product-based companies specifically seek out M.Tech students for their expertise. By recognizing the value of M.Tech students and providing them with opportunities, the company can benefit from their knowledge and skills. There is not such good ethics company just put blindfolds on interns. Special at bangaluru office they are doesn't support diversity and inclusion towards interns. They have don't believe on their own training towards off campus hired interns.

Completely bads attitude towards self trained off campus interns and not providing them full time opportunity and time wasted. This things happened mostly at the bengaluru office. Even they done outside hiring but not providing internal intern opportunities. Hope they will improve and good luck bye.

Completely politics are involving from the directors to the mangers they are doing personal Favorites towards on campus hired interns and off campus hired interns. Especially at the bengaluru office this things happened often. They don't know the difference between masters students vs bachelors student knowledge and especially semiconductor industry running over the talents not on like personal preferences. Some of the technical work is good otherwise nothing is good special for the off campus interns. I don't suggest anyone to join here at the internship its totally time wasting. Especially they will hired outside and keep their own interns in the blindfolds.

Completely non ethics company especially at the Bengaluru office. After completing 9 to 11 months still they are not provided any full time opportunity and making useless reasons. Especially at the Bengaluru office upper management is also not trust worthy and lots of politics and they don't know importance of the internship and hiring procedure. Overally Bengaluru office is not good.

The company has already hired someone from the B.Tech level with a 6-month internship and provided them with a full-time offer. It seems that M.Tech off-campus internships with one year of experience hold no importance or value.
