Both the freshers and experienced get ample scope to move forward in their careers. Pay is genuinely competitive. Sufficient attention is given to the employees by the mgmt. and the team HR alike. Did not see any politics. taking place. There is no space for it. Our managers are there to resolve the problems. They are highly experienced and truly talented.
