Such a terrible company. Working here means you are their slave. From owner to GM everyone is pathetic. There is no role of law. Cutting employees' salaries is in fashion in this company. If you work here forget about your family. At the time of vacation, they will put your salary on hold for two months. If you resign get ready to pay a huge sum. High level of discrimination & politics. The accommodation has been attacked many times by the local goons. very risky to stay in the company's accommodation. For everything you will be responsible as per the company. Once you reached Angola, this company forgets about the contract you signed, they will not consider anything, and the company will change the contract for their own benefit without taking the employee into confidence. The company will force you to work without VISA as getting a visa is expensive in Angola, so get ready to go to jail as the police in Angola looking for foreigners always. The company will mentally and physically torture you. Food in the accommodation is worst and unhygienic. Employees are enemy to each other, if they have good understanding management manipulate any of them and instigate to fight. All organisation has politics but Angozara is beyond all. Company has very high level of politics. All employees get each other information to pass on to the management and management use everyone in this way.Angozara owner play politics as well (not with management but with staff as well) because, he doesn’t believe anyone instead he thinks people may take my money from system loopholes. Salary never come on time, 2-3-4 month delay in salary is common. Atleast 2 months salary + vacation money keep on hold apart from agreed retention money. (Employees told that no money will be keeping while someone go on vacation but when time come they do and never release to anyone with reason e.g. bank not transferring, we faced huge loss go home next will transfer, you go next week will give, etc Increment not given every year and when approve its value vary 2000 to 3000 (which not sufficient to regain purchasing power) Company computer systems are too old and not proper workable but they always expect report super fast. If you carry some dollars with you to meet your personal Expense, Management would say you are taking companies money for your expenses. The company is almost 16 years old but hardly 4-5 employees can be found who has completed more than 8 years and they are relative to the CEO. Even they don’t spare relatives (speaking about relative sounds unprofessional but company is completely away from professionalism). When someone join the company very first he should forgethis agreement and all discussions he had before arriving to Angola. As soon as you arrive Angola a different rules and policy you will be told by management. Please note and get ready for below point if you have courage to peruse career with Angizara.. 1- Several approval will be needed if you need car to go somewhere, if in case they provide someday, that would be the worst one. 2- All employees are not covered under insurance policy, company has 3-4 insurance card which used by all. Which mean you gonna change your name to the policy holder. 3- Company expect employees to work even in fever or any other disease, you have taken medical leave, management would say you are acting being unwell. 4- Food quality is pathetic but you will be told everyday that ‘we are giving you good food’ as if you never eat something before or you were starving to death. 5- They say if we hire you in Angola that mean you would be 24x7 on work. Therefore, meeting can be conduct after or before dinner in dining room. 6- Companies accommodation is in Subarb area even local people there don’t prefer to live. 3 time employees were attacked for robbery. Ironically company says we take caution( when they deny on your request to go out) and their accommodation is itself danger, you wouldn’t dare to step out of the gate alone. 7- The accommodation is complete jail in itself, office and warehouse is also in the same small campus. 8- Company will provide you SIM card after 4-5 days of your joining, which you will be using in your personal mobile (since that day your mobile will not be yours)...Read More

Dislikes

Never pay salary on time and they deducted big amour after resignation. They mentally torture employees and use statements like ‘ if you go to embassy even they wouldn’t listen to you’. Hold 10% of salary whether you are 8-10 years old employee. Hold 2 months at least salary + vacation money apart from 10% when you go vacation. If you resign they torture mentally, extend releasing time and deduct settlement with untrue reasons. They never pay complete money to any employees. Every month we begged our salary. Food quality was never good. They say there is team outing every quarter but in actual it happens in 2-3 years. Health insurance is for 2-3 people only rest are given medicine from one another.
