Read below points to know about what is going in the office. - No Job Security: * Employees are fired on a moment's notice without any prior indication, leaving them blindsided. - Toxic Management: * Since the new manager took ever, the overall culture have become toxice and the worst I have ever seen. * He is not technical at all and doesn't care about the actual work being done. You'll only be appreciated if you engage in sycophancy, and any concerns you raise will be ridiculed. - Micromanagement: * Productivity is measured by desk time, not actual output. HR tracks everything like a school. - Favoritism: * Promotions go to favorites, regardless of skills or experience. Least qualified people are made leads. Even the company policies are ignored and one person is given 3 to 4 levels of promotions in a single go just because they fly around the manager like bees. - No Growth or Learning: * There's no meaningful work or opportunity to develop skills, and initiatives are given only to select employees.
