Learn today to Rule Tomorrow - That's the attitude across the technology levels. A lot of emphasis on skilling and platforms are built within the system to support learning. Wide range of projects. Stability and job security - place bootstrapped for 20 years and has great values. Emphasis on work-life balance is great. Hybrid working model helps achieve work-life integration better.

Dislikes

Workload variability. Some projects have great pace, learning and sense of excitement. Some have moments of lull. I would personally like an even paced work. Other than this, I can't think of an issue.
