No proper toilet system, no facility for canteen, difficult to work in rainy days, no offer letter is given at the time of joining, pune plant people are worst in communication for work

Monopoly of business head, no involvement of management for the employee satisfaction. Harassment to employees and targetting the person untill he leaves the job. Using of harsh language and no sound culture for employees in the company
