Great leadership among senior management, flexibility in working hours, cooperation between other departments

Dislikes

No proper toilet system, no facility for canteen, difficult to work in rainy days, no offer letter is given at the time of joining, pune plant people are worst in communication for work

The thing which I felt is a lacuna here is unavailability of Employee transportation and canteen services.

Work Details

I joined here as quality Engineer trainee. As a fresher, I had to struggle a little to fit to the system and work with flexibility. I learnt everything on the job. Internal trainings helps in empowering my knowledge.
