With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! In this company all of site good but not excellent training Time good & l love the fact that I am a part of a team that company, high quality products provide. Another plus point in this company various cultures program in special day, and we are happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Company work hard use machine operator careful , some time l have to work 16 house straight in day also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a plain sometimes.

Work Details

In this company my work is maintains engineering so everyday we should new challenge so all days exiting to come company. Also it will be great learning experience.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
