Increments are at low level for old employees, and paying more to new employees at same post. Management is Biased in appraisal and increment for those people who butter up.

Good Company for though who like challenges everyday and who can manage the work smartly. This company is only for those who are active and believe in himself before questioning the Company. Management and working atmosphere allows you to take control of work and take ownership at a same time. They will always inspire to perform more and knows how to get best out of you. Though Weak in Work Culture as it is small company and I trust they are working on it. If you are good at your work and performing as per your satisfaction then there is nothing called Job Insecurity, Management is very supportive and just a call away for Gate Keeper, Executives, employees and Managers. I feel that Company Policies are biased sometimes when it comes to Management Favorite (those who butter up) but I know it will improve too.
