I donot recommend Analec for those who seek for a professional and good environment. They doesn't allow you to grow. The management is worst. No job security. They do not value the hard workers. Who ever is accepting all the non sense they say, they can be in safer side. If you are a loyal employee, you cannot survive here. Indy Sarker, CEO of the company always takes non sense decisions which doesn't have any logic for the improvement of company nor employee's growth. Rahul Mittal, the VP of finance team is like the personal PA of the company. I have not seen such a bad individual. If they doesn't like you, then they will remove you from the company.. Nothing to like. It is complete dislike, I can say. They ask new employees to come office inspite of having covid positive employees at office. No humanity. You will not be appreciated. And in case if you are appreciated or got promotion, then you have to be careful because they will try to blame you that you are not working well and will put you in non-performance list. You can check the company reviews for reference. All the good reviews done by the employees are fake. Those employees were forced by the management to make good reviews about company....Read More

Horrible. No work life balance. You cannot even take lunch break. Though you put in all your efforts l, they finally say that you are not performing well.

It was a very bad experience of 2 years. I used to work full time as an HR executive and found no growth, no work life balance, no management, no system. Everybody is HR in this company.
