Loose management that follows unprofessional practices - basically, employees can also feel free to replicate such unprofessional practices to their advantage

Dislikes

Unqualified teachers with no masters' degree in relevant domain label themselves as assistant professor/faculty-associate, and teach 2 credit subjects in the name of spirituality and Indian culture. These are mostly Ashram-resident employees who ruin the academics of students and try to teach without any proper knowledge and qualification.

Opportunity is there for learning and doing multitasking

Dislikes

Poor salary for employees without PhD and expecting to do more work. No proper hikes. Just for name sake may gives 5% hikes after 2 yearss. Biased salary for different employees.Fresh graduates gets paid more than experienced employees. Very poor appraisal policy in placement and training office. Only if employees creates issue and privately beg for hikes they will be given some consideration

The University forgot to update NAAC data and re-apply for accreditation during the year 2019-2020, but somehow managed to get accreditation in the year 2021. The years 2019-2020 remain a hidden mystery. Does not follow or stick to proper HR policy. Does not communicate about changes in policies to employees.
