- Develop & implement a comprehensive curriculum, including lesson plans, lectures, & class discussions - Conduct advanced research & publish findings in scholarly journals.
- Provide academic leadership & collaborative environment. Maintain active membership in relevant professional associations. Commitment to high-quality teaching & mentorship. Contribute to innovative research & design initiatives.
- Development & Student Engagement: Create learning resources & develop laboratory facilities. Assess & evaluate student performance, including overseeing examination processes.
- Guide & counsel students in personal, ethical, moral development, & character building. Stay updated on emerging knowledge & skills, contributing to new knowledge creation & its dissemination through publications, seminars, & other mediums.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance qualifications & skills. Lead research development activities & provide guidance. Foster industry-institution interaction & drive R&D initiatives.
- Academic & Administrative Duties: Manage academic & administrative functions Participate in policy planning, monitoring, & evaluation at both departmental & institutional levels. Contribute to the administration & management at both departmental & institutional levels. Oversee & evaluate academic & research initiatives. Plan & implement staff development activities & conduct performance appraisals. Promote entrepreneurship & job rotation initiatives.
