But the administrative machinery is badly set up with little accountability and professional responsibility. Male chauvinism is very high in CIR (Placement & Training department). As a woman with more experience and education than male colleague, I get extremely lesser pay. Partiality towards employees staying in Ashram. Woman don't get promotion as equal as men. The institution boasts about women empowerment but shamelessly puts down women by prioritising promotion and hikes only for men.
