i came from the big retail company. when i join this company their is not any single power to the manager, even store manager has more power then their area manager. only on person have supreme power without his approval. you can not do anything. 2) their is not any single sop to run the store. just like local shop has more organized. 3) they can fire you anytime whenever they want without any discussion with you. 4) their is nothing to learn in this company. no growth in this company. even they take their senior level manager resignation with forcefully. without any meeting or discussion. if you join this company then save some money otherwise they will fire you in any day without any discussion and you can not bear your regular expenses .life is your so choose your company wisely . no one have told me that but i don't want other will face the same what i faced....Read More
