Better growth aspects and gets a chance to prove your capability. I was given the space to work within my comfort zone. It's a large place to learn, to explore and to execute your expertise in any way. I was given the freedom to do my work to reach the targets. I wish to join again and want to give my best which I have learned within the time period. Missing the Amity most................

My job profile was there to interact and invite the industry persons for the campus placements. I also worked on the summer evaluation program for MBA students. apart from that the industry related data also been managed and updated by me. the large email

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
