Work life balance is good. Salary is on time, no dealy in salary. No salary deductions during covid time.

Dislikes

No new learnings, no increments since last 4 years. No growth, increments on person to person basis, no work recognition. Favourism, micro management. No proper hierarchy, too much of internal politics. leaves deducted from account i.e. EL and CL if a person is covid positive.
