I like the best in this organisation that the work culture here is very friendly, it becomes easy to work hair due to the friendly work culture.

I think the bed thing about the organisation is that even after working by the junior here the credit for that work is given by the senior to someone else which create the demotivation about the work .

They have start hiring people those are having good English spoken skills, no matter how much domain knowledge the candidates have. If you speak well during the interview , 80% of your job is done. No input to the program teams from CD, MEL, HR team, they just behave like the donors and put extra pressure on program team.

Compensation offered at the time of joining is decent but the growth is slow. Further the opportunities for vertical growth in the organizational hierarchy is very limited / slow.

No written documentation, No perks and increment, No time bound delivery of work, No uniform format for anything, No rules of hr,finance,accounts etc Most of the staffs have different ability than their job role like expert of livelihood is taking care of education project or expert of health sector is working for skill sector. Useless senior management, who never interact to field staffs and middle management is lying to the actual situation. The middle management act as an agent,who do not want to reveal the truth to the higher level management. Fool people are on driving seat with no knowledge about govt.school system,challenges of primary education as well as geographical.
