I like the concept of a digital Equalizer , competition classes provided to students, remedial classes and stem education provide to students.

Dislikes

I personally dislike the overburden on the employee,they dont understand the field realities and the way they are dealing with women employees😤.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company was too good, in this company I used technically terms that was big achievement for my working experience. I felt very happy to work with them. But no job security, no appreciation for the coordinators.
