AIF executes project on a very effective cost and mode, the thought to engage with the available skilling infrastructure through partnership with academic institutions is a great way to leverage the resources and amplify the project reach.

Dislikes

I believe AIF shall rework skill/ human resource mapping for their projects. They are not able to utilise or engage with their consultants more effective. No recognition and rewarding policy for the consultants. They should value the resource and the quality of work being delivered. Lots of streamlining and restructuring required to sustain the ongoing progress.

The middle management act as an agent,who do not want to reveal the truth to the higher level management. Fool people are on driving seat with no knowledge about govt.school system,challenges of primary education as well as geographical.
