They have start hiring people those are having good English spoken skills, no matter how much domain knowledge the candidates have. If you speak well during the interview , 80% of your job is done. No input to the program teams from CD, MEL, HR team, they just behave like the donors and put extra pressure on program team.

HR delayed attitude. Work life balance as you cant avail your leave or holidays. If you go on leave for 5 days, next 5 days will become sleep less and terrible for you.
