They have start hiring people those are having good English spoken skills, no matter how much domain knowledge the candidates have. If you speak well during the interview , 80% of your job is done. No input to the program teams from CD, MEL, HR team, they just behave like the donors and put extra pressure on program team.

No written documentation, No perks and increment, No time bound delivery of work, No uniform format for anything, No rules of hr,finance,accounts etc Most of the staffs have different ability than their job role like expert of livelihood is taking care of education project or expert of health sector is working for skill sector. Useless senior management, who never interact to field staffs and middle management is lying to the actual situation. Fool people are on driving seat with no knowledge about govt.school system,challenges of primary education as well as geographical. They are doing nothing and their so called central team visiting here only to threaten and divide the team. No training and development behaviour. Just waste of time to work here....Read More
