They have start hiring people those are having good English spoken skills, no matter how much domain knowledge the candidates have. If you speak well during the interview , 80% of your job is done. No input to the program teams from CD, MEL, HR team, they just behave like the donors and put extra pressure on program team.

Useless senior management, who never interact to field staffs and middle management is lying to the actual situation. The middle management act as an agent,who do not want to reveal the truth to the higher level management. Fool people are on driving seat with no knowledge about govt.school system,challenges of primary education as well as geographical.
