I was able to be alone in my office and stay away from other distractions while performing to my best abilities during all of my phone calls during the day.

Dislikes

My managers didn't want to provide any proper training or training courses to help progress my development in my position. My managers also did not completely understand exactly what went into my job description and requested me to also do a lot of random side jobs that kept me from my AR duties. My managers also did not want to give raises where they were due, according to the page written that they signed before I was hired on, and they did not like accepting their own mistakes.
