Lots of politics is present inside. You can see the favoritism. The work culture is really nice, days are chill and people are collaborative, a lot of people you will find who have been in the same company 15+ years, can stick with it long term if it's the right fit for you

There is not much to like while working at Amdocs. The facilities they are provided are good like gym, fruits, cabs etc....

The job security is the worst part. I had joined Amdocs as a fresher and had just worked on a project for seven months and I was laid off without my performance review and the worst part is there is alot biasing based on where your native is .

Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. Not that i can think of anything but there is always scope for improvement. Personal Opinion: Top layer management is not mostly comfortable delegating core R&R to Indian employees. Sometimes it can be taken as unconscious Bias.

Even no work culture. Everyone think amdocs mean work life balance . I don't think there is work for Everyone and whoever is working he is working 24*7 and some who don't have work they are enjoying 24*7 . They says Hybrid working but belive me it depends on managers if they want you have to attend office all 7 days including your sat/sun
