Very very bad behaviour after resignation. Pressurized to submit fake attendance sheet. Totally unsatisfied culture, Bad behaviour, Reporting Manager behaviour is like abusing all the time.

My Experience at Softenger has been overwhelmingly positive. The comany focus on personal and professional devlopment a strong sense of community and balance between hard work and personal well-beeing are some of most appealling aspects. They are providing good learnig platform and certification cost reimbursement.

My reporting manager was Seema Bohite and she is very personable, she was very polite and down to earth, which made everyone happy. Once you become a part of Softenger you will eventually become a member of its family

I didn't have much to say as I was recently joined , i have joined Softenger in Technical Department and after few months I was not liking it the role I have been assigned so i discussed with my manager that I don't want to leave Softenger INDIA Pvt Ltd because it's good company so please change my Department if possible. Leaves are quite less i.e 12. They're like consultancy, if client or project is over, you're over. No bench. So apart from these two, I don't find any other reason. All other issues such as timings,wfo/wfh, working days all depends on client.

The behaviour of HR and manager is very bad with the employees. I was forced to submit the notice paper and was told that if I did not do it they would terminate me. And my friend who was working with another client did not get an increment for one year because his performance is not good.
