Overall work balance is fine which is both good and bad as quility of work is not that great and working on new market technologies is also not that much prominent.
Lack of learning opportunities of new cutting edge technologies. Lack of financial growth. The higher management is kind of ignorant towards the financial growth of the existing old employees.
