There is very friendly environment to work. Salary/appraisal depends on performance. If performance is good, you can get 20-30 percent hike. There is good onsite opportunity in many projects. Sometimes, people who dont deserve gets promoted as lead. People misuse of freedom they get by not even completing 9 hours, coming late to office, and going back early.
