Technical & Business Operations Analyst

The ideal candidate will need to have an aptitude for diagnosing, troubleshooting and documenting technical and A\V issues.

 

Manage incoming support requests from various channels, such as phone, chat and portal.
Support video conference sessions and resolve technical issues in the A\V environment.
Manage and support Amdocs C-level management sessions.
Maintain and Utilize a rich knowledge-base to identify, troubleshoot, resolve and document issues properly.
Escalate support request to higher-level IT support when required

First line level IT support experience preferably within a remote support position.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening essential.
Knowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, software and peripheral equipment including but not limited to:, O365, Windows 10, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity
