Lots of politics is present inside. You can see the favoritism. Toxic work environment(almost everywhere) No personal growth. They keep up forcing you to learn but they never values your knowledge. I have struggled for 3+ years for IJP to technical team and finally decided to move ahead from this company. You work on company tools but they would be of no use outside the company.

Not that i can think of anything but there is always scope for improvement. Personal Opinion: Top layer management is not mostly comfortable delegating core R&R to Indian employees. Sometimes it can be taken as unconscious Bias.

I don't think there is work for Everyone and whoever is working he is working 24*7 and some who don't have work they are enjoying 24*7 . They says Hybrid working but belive me it depends on managers if they want you have to attend office all 7 days including your sat/sun

People do not have knowledge and they are just there because they have good relations. Also when you have good knowledge it gives you stability and less insecurity, humbleness which most of the people lack here.
