The people are good there's no such micro management atleast in my team The people are helpful and you can share with the people what you want, the culture is good you there are weekly kabalas that happen and you get to enjoy that

The skill set I work in isn't that helpful atleast in my team for my future plus you can't expect crazy money in the company it's okayish If you want fast growth and a lot of money this company won't be the one

Full of nonsense coworkers. If you want to get a good surrounding at work place. No one is sensible. Jane kaha se utha ke laate h. If you are from Tier 1 or Tier 2. Never ever choose amdocs. Even if it gives you 15 Lpa for grad level. That is very basic pay also for tier 1.

Work-life balance sucks Managers are out dated and do alot of micromanagement even if you go for tea break it is getting counted minute by minute. Promotion are given on favouritism basis not on the criteria of work. Silent layoffs are often now. Company Culture sucks .. Here people who speaks more and work less are the best fits and play long term game. This is particularly for 3Uk team

- Toxic Environment - No Work Life Balance - No Job Security (they can remove anyone in a day, I saw my friend's getting layoff by this people without notice, in my first 6 months I saw 17 silent layoffs) - Better to choose any mid-size company instead of joining here - Managers do favouritism - Even HRs are rude, and they should learn from newcomers how to talk

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. There is not much to like while working at Amdocs. The facilities they are provided are good like gym, fruits, cabs etc....

The job security is the worst part. I had joined Amdocs as a fresher and had just worked on a project for seven months and I was laid off without my performance review and the worst part is there is alot biasing based on where your native is .

Food and perks, night shift allowance are good things in Amdocs. Parking is also free.

Dislikes

If you work with full effort and perform is good then you will get double work. This things are not really good. It harms our health and you will get back pain for sure in few days.

Everything is good but this is subjective to project or role. Best part of Amdocs is, it provide lateral project switch after a certain period with the hike. Additionally, benefits like subsidized food and cab, good work life balance.

Nowadays lot of uncertainty with the job security. Previously, Amdocs use to have good job security.

Overall work balance is fine which is both good and bad as quility of work is not that great and working on new market technologies is also not that much prominent.

Dislikes

Lack of learning opportunities of new cutting edge technologies. Lack of financial growth. The higher management is kind of ignorant towards the financial growth of the existing old employees. There are very scarce and limited projects where you can see the actual development work, rest most of the departments are just providing support and services. It's shifting towards a service based company.

Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. For new joinner GL want to train any process within 1 month and start working 2nd month with 100% efficiency and 3rd month you need to worklike 4-5 experience with 150% or 200% efficiency.
