1. Not Job security, your told regularly, tumko tho nikal denge. 2. Too much favoritism and politics, if if your not in that group, depending on your perspective in front of management your day to day can become really difficult to just go to office and do your job. 3. You have to be ready to work with difficult people who might belittle you or bring your old personal problems you had mentinoed as a reason to take a leave. so don't repeat my mistake. 4. I had a very bad experience in this company and it's environment and it's bad politics which disturbed mi mentally . No job security it is good about working but politics can break you down which decrease focus on your work.
