1. Not Job security, your told regularly, tumko tho nikal denge. 2. Too much favoritism and politics, if if your not in that group, depending on your perspective in front of management your day to day can become really difficult to just go to office and do your job. 3. You have to be ready to work with difficult people who might belittle you or bring your old personal problems you had mentinoed as a reason to take a leave. so don't repeat my mistake. 4. Sometimes your day to day updates are given by favorites who don't even be in your project. 5. Also helicoptering is a really thing so expect the shoe to drop at any moment.

Worst experience. Management is so partial towards old employees and no job security . On basis of a single review from senior they fire anyone the next day .

I had a very bad experience in this company and it's environment and it's bad politics which disturbed mi mentally . No job security it is good about working but politics can break you down which decrease focus on your work.
