We understand that the absence of a fixed week off can create uncertainty and inconvenience for many of you in planning personal commitments and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Please know that your well-being is of utmost importance to us, and given our commitment to striking a balance between the needs of both the Firm and our employees, we had introduced certain measures such as getting everyone to share their preferred week off for the month ahead, ensuring one week off on a Sunday every month and considering requests for changes to the assigned week off on a case-by-case basis, taking into account operational needs and fairness to all employees. We believe that implementing these modifications provide greater predictability and stability for everyone, allowing you to plan personal commitments and enjoy your time off without the added stress of uncertainty. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to continuously improving our policies and practices to create a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.

This is one of the core principles at Ambit Collective, and was evident during lock down when no one was relieved, and increment and bonuses were announced immediately post lock down. We are saddened to hear that despite the efforts we have put towards creating an environment where everyone at Ambit Collective can thrive, you seem to have had an experience quite contrary to most others. While you would appreciate a lot of the interactions and travel has been restricted due to COVID, and to avoid putting any of our people at risk, we encourage you to reach out to HR or directly to anyone in the Leadership team to share more details so that corrective action, if any, can be taken.
