If you are in good books for your seniors You will get promotions plus appreciation if not they will never supports you weather you work hard If u don't believe me work here u will come to know

Worst work environment and culture. The only head of this company is team leader, if your tunnig is not good with him you won't be able to grow in this company. Manegement will not see your work quality beside any support you will receive Warning letter. And when you will be on notice period after registration you are biggest enemy for the company.
