Great place to work. Led by senior Big 4 professionals who bring a lot of knowledge, professionalism and strong market connect. Every day is an experience and learning, whether it be technical audit aspects, client handling or team handling. I am extremely happy as it is like a large family where everyone is caring and respectful and takes pains to know you and help you in times of need. Probably the only Firm that instead of deducting a penny during lockdown even gave increment and bonuses to all its employees. They even invest in employee engagement and come up with innovative ideas to engage team members and make them mingle with one another. Employee recognition is also a regular affair. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
