Nothing,Pathetic work environment , everyone’s so egoistic here and management dont even listen to the employees. this the worst company of the world,will make you hopeless and put you in a condition where you will resign by yourself.

The worst company I've ever worked in my 5 years of experience. No job security, no work life balance. They were not giving salaries, they were just giving us pennies. We were unable to take BIO BREAKS and not even a breather. Always played blame game, lots of politics apply by the Simran and Manthan Gupta,Pathetic management!!!!!

Great place to work, excellent work life balance, employee friendly, company policies are good, supportive management. I like about Ambit is the culture and positive circumference here. Every employee having strong engagement because the activity we have in our company. For example, Ambit rendezvous program with mystery group of 4 to 5 member it can be more but due to co-vid situation the management not in the fever to gather more member and this is the best part of this company management always take smart decision in favor of their employees, the aim of this program is to increase team engagement where we can have snacks and meals and enjoy interacting with other. The other is quarterly performance review this is like a motivation tools for employees. The company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employee are motivated and appreciated for their efforts....Read More
