We have taken note of your feedback on management interaction; however, please be aware that follow an open-door policy and also run several HR initiatives such as "We Connect" where management interacts one on one with each employee. Till date we have covered 40% of the work force and aim to complete the first cycle by September first week. Great feedback. We are delighted that you love the culture and the experience we wish to provide our teams. As for your feedback on compensation, we have a team that continually reviews our entire benefits package including pegging it to the industry so that we get the best firepower for the quality we wish to maintain. We appreciate your thoughts but its hard (especially with costs attached to L&D and our policy of not with-holding pay for the lock-down period).
