Please know that your well-being is of utmost importance to us, and given our commitment to striking a balance between the needs of both the Firm and our employees, we had introduced certain measures such as getting everyone to share their preferred week off for the month ahead, ensuring one week off on a Sunday every month and considering requests for changes to the assigned week off on a case-by-case basis, taking into account operational needs and fairness to all employees. We believe that implementing these modifications provide greater predictability and stability for everyone, allowing you to plan personal commitments and enjoy your time off without the added stress of uncertainty.
