However, we request you to correct the facts mentioned under "Likes" section as we pay on a monthly basis and not once annually on 7th of December. We have taken note of your feedback on management interaction; however, please be aware that follow an open-door policy and also run several HR initiatives such as "We Connect" where management interacts one on one with each employee. Till date we have covered 40% of the work force and aim to complete the first cycle by September first week. This is one of the core principles at Ambit Collective, and was evident during lock down when no one was relieved, and increment and bonuses were announced immediately post lock down. Trust us when we say we miss week off every Sunday as much as you. However, we are in a business where our clients do maximum business on a Sunday, and hence, have limited choice. Nonetheless we still try and accommodate as much as we can by giving atleast one Sunday off, while ensuring that we transparently inform of this to every candidate who applies at our Firm.
