We believe that implementing these modifications provide greater predictability and stability for everyone, allowing you to plan personal commitments and enjoy your time off without the added stress of uncertainty. Thank you for the feedback and appreciation for our Learning & Development Program. We have taken great pains to curate it so as to make it relevant and at the same time interesting for our teams, and it feels really nice to be appreciated. As for your feedback on compensation, we have a team that continually reviews our entire benefits package including pegging it to the industry so that we get the best firepower for the quality we wish to maintain. We appreciate your thoughts on compensation but its hard (especially with costs attached to L&D and our policies of not relieving anyone and not with-holding pay during the lock-down period).
