Great feedback. We are delighted that you love the culture and the experience we wish to provide our teams. As for your feedback on compensation, we have a team that continually reviews our entire benefits package including pegging it to the industry so that we get the best firepower for the quality we wish to maintain. We appreciate your thoughts but its hard (especially with costs attached to L&D and our policy of not with-holding pay for the lock-down period).

This is one of the core principles at Ambit Collective that learning never stops, and was evident during lock down when no one was relieved, and idle time was utilised to conduct more than 40 sessions.
