Seniors are very caring, supportive, and helpful. Everyone in the team tries to create a gentle and peaceful environment with maintaining decent standards.

Dislikes

The pay scale doesn't match the workload. A few times I listened to stuff that wasn't a mistake of mine. I was misbehaved by the third party's employee where my working location is. No free food, no cab facility, 6 days working.

Overall I struggled a bit in the beginning but day by day, I find the job is pretty much interesting and skillful.l would say that whole the staff creates a helpful, dynamic and beautiful environment. Following decent standards and norms.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every quarter based on your performance. I'm overall satisfied here.

It's been a while since I'm working here and still there isn't any major issue.
