There are so many things i dislikes. So here are few i m mentioning. 1. Politics ( at its hi level ) 2. Manger cheap strategy. ( cheap strategy ). 3. Hiring process. ( Most manager are from different backgrounds ) 4. Very very hard work pressure. 5. Annual increment. 6. Worst Working life balance ( its Norma u can find people working at breakfast, lunch, dinner time at their table. ) 7. Long term ( all your savings u makes because or poor work life balance doctor will charge u for treatment. ) 8. Tracking system on your computer. 9.
