There are so many things i dislikes. So here are few i m mentioning. 1. Politics ( at its hi level ) 2. Manger cheap strategy. ( cheap strategy ). 3. Hiring process. ( Most manager are from different backgrounds ) 4. Very very hard work pressure. 5. Annual increment. 6.
