Great work culture. Everyone was supportive and helpful and company polices are good. Company is genuinely employee oriented as they provide great support and appraisals to there employees.

Work life balance can be disturbing if you are not comfortable to work in graveyard shifts. Growth opportunities are less.

Hey there, I gave amazon OA and work assessment around 30th Jan, 2024, after that I got an email saying successfully completed OA, but then I am still waiting and there is no response. (Almost 2 weeks) Any idea, how much time does it takes? Role - Amazon SDE new grad Location - UK
