Its a remote job, that is the only thing i liked at amazon, snenior managers, supervisors, dart persons are really terrible specially alk the phillipino environment 😵‍💫🤢🤮

Amazon work life balance policy and work culture are the best one.

Never get into Hr and customer support domains, I have seen people are still at L2 level even after 5+ tenured. Only tech and AWS support domains are best with salaries. Promotions are based on JDIs for most of the departments. Extremely Low compensation.

Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. They give the equal opportunity for everyone to work, grow and prove that you are the best. They make sure everyone is doing ok, very supportive very helpful. Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Salaries are not good. They are 10.5k per month. Not increasing salaries for seven to eight years, even for new employees, is unfair. We have discussed salary increases with management, but they are not listening. The minimum acceptable salary is 10,000 per month. If targets are not met, the company will deduct 10 rupees per package. The company owner runs over 20 branches, but management refuses to increase salaries, focusing only on expansion. The work culture of this company is good. There are facilities for employees. Number of leaves provided are good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Taking leaves totally depends on the process you work. My 13 leaves were lapsed as the manager didn't approve leaves citing shrinkage. But they will not hire to meet the resource requirement. There is immense work load in Amazon. They will make you worknfor 8hrs to be exact. Micromanagement is present everywhere.

I have joined Amazon 18 December 2023 I have my 100 percent with full dedication but the management terminate me inappropriately I am handicap person and have a family to take care of but the work culture and management is very poor
