It was great , but there was no bloody security about it. Worst part is even those recieved extension who passed away lower in graduation. Just because I was sick ko extension was given . Even after submitting the medical certificate at the date . Very unfair

I hate Everything about Amazon supply chain. Program Managers and L7 misbehave. Don't join teams with managers Divya Kapoor, Samaddar Indranil and Aseem Khosla. They all take grudge on employees. Favouritism and groupism is their forte. If you have no choice then join but take IJP in 6 months.

Amazon culture is deteriorating at a rapid pace, mid management is poor, your promotion is completely in hand of your Manager, Favoritism is done openly. If you know office politics you have a lot of opportunity for growth as talent doesn't matter here.
