A great company to work with, amazing work culture and management the only drawback is the contracts do not get renewed even when you really give your best, but they do pay you well and also keep up to their commitments. Contracts are not renewed, it is really disappointing to see your contract is not extended even though each one of you have given your 100%, though it is a fact that these contract based employees are hired to balance the peak time load on the regular full time employees, but the company policies are great.

When I was terminated, my mistake was not pointed out to me, he said that it was my mistake; my manager also did not try to save my job, he himself used to take a lot of leaves in the last 6 months, whereas I never got CAP or PIP and was directly terminated. Whatever happened, I want to return as soon as possible, in March itself.
